- Federal Communication Commission (FCC) - The FCC sets the guidelines for exposure to the radiation smart meters emit, and they are in charge of the installation conditions of which a utility should comply. The guidelines are not health standards. They do not protect from 24/7 exposure, and they are not designed for children.
- Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) - The federal agency CPSC agreed to take complaints on utility smart meters from all US states. If you have or had smart meter health problems CALL: (800) 638-2772 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET or submit your complaint by email.
- Food and Drug Administration (FDA) - This form can be used for any injury from EMF’s, including Smart Meters. She recently helped found the West Marin non-profit, Alliance for Human and Environmental Health, which advocates and educates about Smart Meters and harmful effects of Radio Frequency Microwave Radiation in neighborhoods and schools. She discusses how this led to her founding a non-profit organization dedicated to education on how to stand up for our democracy through community involvement and activism vs corporate tyranny. Topic: Wireless smart meter issue forced her into activism in civil disobedience for the first time.
Larry Bragman, attorney and Mayor of Fairfax, CA and twice member of Fairfax Town Council. He has an active law practice in San Rafael as a trial lawyer specializing in consumer rights and criminal defense matters. He lives in Fairfax with his wife Holly and their two stepsons. Topic: Fairfax's opposition to Smart Meters, the ordinance Fairfax passed is the model for other cities and counties.
